ok so it’s not quite time for the derby yet, but most magazine in louisville have very early deadlines, which means freeeezing cold photo shoots! Cathy owner of Pink Julep Boutique, Lizzy, Cody Ko and I sucked it up and had a quick photo shoot on by far the coldest day we’ve seen in louisville this winter. All in the name of fashion!
Megan is a Senior at Mercy Highschool and is headed to UK in the fall! We had a great afternoon running around downtown Louisville checking out all my favorite spots to shoot and even finding some new ones!
In my eyes, every woman deserves to feel like a princess for a day. I can’t think of a better way to feel more “princess like”, than to spend the afternoon being pampered with fashion inspired hair styling, glamourous make-up, oh & of course documenting all that fabulousness with a photo shoot.If you like that idea you will LOVE our final giveaway.

This give away will work a bit differently than our others. You can enter one of two ways. “Double the pleasure, double the fun” .. did I just date myself by referencing that commercial? My sweet senior girls are probably clueless at the moment so i’ll move on. The *point* is today we have TWO fabulous give aways.

Nicole Grote is a professional airbrush makeup artist specializing in airbrush makeup for high definition photography. She currently owns Artistry HD, an airbrush bridal makeup business. Nicole got her start with Estee Lauder and worked her way up to the position of “Regional Makeup Artist” traveling all over two different regions showcasing special makeup application techniques as well as educating women on how to apply makeup specific to their needs and features. She continues to travel for them when she is not doing weddings or working on unique collaborative photo shoots.
